Reservations
A deposit of 25% of the rental cost (minimum £150) is required at the time of booking. With the full balance payable eight weeks prior to arrival.
Late Bookings
For bookings made less than eight weeks prior to departure, the full payment is required at time of booking.
Payment
Payment can me made online once your enquiry is accepted. Alternatively we can accept checks drawn from a UK bank account. Details will be sent in response to you booking enquiry.
Airport Transfers
If we have arranged your transfer, payment should be made to local agent, Pisces real estate, on arrival.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible, to give us chance us to find an alternative booking. However if the booking remains vacant the following penalties will apply.
More than 8 weeks prior to departure: 25% (minimum £150)
4 - 8 weeks: 50%
2 - 4 weeks: 75%
2 weeks or less: 100%
In the unlikely event that the Apartment cannot be made available to you through circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund of any payments received. We may also be able to suggest alternative accommodation.
Damage Deposit
A breakages deposit of £200 is required prior to arrival. This will be refunded in full once our local agents have checked the property.
Suitability
·Unfortunately the apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties, or requiring a wheelchair, due to the local terrain in Kalkan.
·No Smoking is allowed inside the apartment
·Pets not allowed
